Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
You received a wrong product
The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery
Conditions for approval:
Return request must be raised within 3 calendar days of delivery
A complete unboxing video is compulsory, clearly showing the package being opened and the issue
The product must be unused and in original packaging
Returns without a proper unboxing video will not be approved.
Requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection by customer
Minor color or design variation due to screen differences
Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
Personal care or hygiene products once opened

Return Process
To request a return:

Share your order number, reason for return, and the complete unboxing video
Our team will review your request
If approved, we will arrange a pickup where service is available. In locations without pickup service, the customer may be required to self-ship the product.
The product must be packed properly to avoid further damage during return transit.

Exchanges
Exchange is allowed only if:
You received a wrong product
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with a proper unboxing video.
Only one exchange per order is allowed.
Exchange is subject to product availability.

Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
For COD orders, refund will be transferred to your bank account or UPI
Refund amount will reflect within 8–15 business days after approval
Refunds will not be processed if:
The product shows signs of use
Original packaging is missing
The unboxing video is not provided
The product is returned in a damaged condition not caused during shipping

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 1–2 working days.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

Provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue
Without proper video proof, replacement or refund will not be approved.
