Cancellation Policy

At Yugashop, we understand that plans can change. Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.

  1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of your order only before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Please mention your order number in your request

If your order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 1–2 working days to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests sent through Instagram, Facebook, or other unofficial channels will not be considered valid.

  1. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you do not wish to keep the product after dispatch, you must follow the process mentioned in our Refund & Return Policy.

  1. COD Order Cancellation

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

If the order is not confirmed, it may be automatically cancelled.

Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in the COD option being disabled for future purchases.

  1. Prepaid Order Refunds

If your prepaid order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking).

Refunds generally reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  1. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

Product is out of stock
Incorrect or incomplete address details
Payment flagged as suspicious or high-risk
Technical errors in pricing or product listing

In such cases, you will be informed, and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
